The staff, especially Ms. Shanissa, were delightful. Amenities like free breakfast and parking were great. The rooms were spacious, though some had AC issues. Maintenance responded promptly. A few hiccups with hot water and TV were resolved. A serene atmosphere for relaxation after a trip.

The hotel was impeccably clean and had ideal location and staff. I liked the room for the value. A microwave oven and a fridge were an advantage.

I loved how close the hotel was to all the cool places - the mall, supermarket, and even the casino! The room size really fit my fam, and the locked lobby gave me that extra safety vibe. 🏊‍♂️🍳 The indoor pool and the delish breakfast were perfect for chilling. The only bummer was the double charging glitch, kinda pricey too, but didn't ruin the great time!

The pool was overly chlorinated and hazardous for children, but the staff's quick response to fix issues and friendly service were commendable. Despite a rude receptionist, breakfast and clean rooms were highlights. The unexpected parking fee, lack of hot water, and noisy atmosphere detracted from the previous satisfactory experience. It's a huge shopping center with a ton of stores for everyone in the family, from kids to adults. The casino there is a blast for the adults, and the kids loved the bowling alley and arcade. It was so convenient to have all these entertainment options just a short shuttle ride away from the hotel.

The only downside of our stay was the noise from the nearby freeway. If you're a light sleeper, make sure to request a room on the front side of the hotel to minimize the traffic noise.
